Illustrated dustwrapper with yellow and white coloured titles to the front panel and white coloured titles to the backstrip. The story of a murder and a homicide, or is it 2 murders? Translated from the French by Mervyn Savill. Softening and some fading of being backstrip edges with rubbing of the top corners and lower book edges. Some marks and stains to the book panels with light tanning of the text block edges also shows scattered light foxing. Offset tanning to the end pages and there is light foxing scattered throughout the book. Chipping of the dustwrapper corners and backstrip edges. There is 1/2 inch tear to the top left-hand corner of the front panel and the panel show some fading and rubbing. The rear panel is sound and shows handling marks.
